A bit rude staff!

My recent stay at Palma Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The deluxe suite I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. One standout moment was when I encountered an issue with the water filling up in the bathroom after taking a shower. I called housekeeping for assistance, and they promptly came to my rescue and offered me a solution. The hotel's location is also wonderful, offering a beautiful view from the balconies. I would definitely recommend Palma Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was really kind, the breakfast was exceptionally nice, everything was great. The room was absolutely perfect, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. We greatly enjoyed spending 3 nights here.

Location: the hotel was next to a public beach and the taxi and restaurants very polite. I was offered a room with particularly good views of sea.

Very relaxing stay, great place. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge in the room and the comfy bed. A good view of garden.

Satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe were available in my suite. I had a separate bedroom and a good view of sea.

Appreciated Port Said, the hotel was lovely on the beach outside. Both rooms we booked were huge and large with Ikea furniture and better view at check in, as for instance...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right on the beach with stunning views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were modern and well-furnished with a great attention to detail. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was no private beach available, and the breakfast options were limited. The balcony was not usable due to the heat from the air conditioning outdoor units, which was a shame.
